Brian P. Lowery
Founder of ITDaVInci
Founded in 2015 by Brian P. Lowery, ITDaVinci aims to develop IT software that helps managers easily design infrastructure with open-source schematics, real-time vendor components, cost estimates, and firewall configurations.
The Vision
ITDaVinci was founded in the spring of 2015 by Brian P. Lowery. Its vision is to create Information Technology (IT) software that enables IT managers to create their IT infrastructure environments with relative ease. The software will be capable of creating an open source schematic of the intended infrastructure consisting of possible components from real time vendors together with an associated bill of material cost and pseudo firewall routing configuration file.
In the Spring of 2018, Senior Software Developer Mark Elston joined ITDaVinci to begin the development of the software, however, after several months, Mr. Elston decided to forgo working as a result of possible conflicts of interest with his existing employment. Mr Elston did very little development on the intended software product.
“Throughout 2018 Brian Lowery worked on both the development of the company website as well as the eventual software product, however, neither the website nor a marketable software product was complete by the end of the year.”
By the close of 2018, ITDaVinci had no physical assets, and more importantly, no financial means to pay for someone to complete the software that was started by Brian P. Lowery. That being said, the possibility of offering potential company equity to someone in return for the software development exists and the company has always been actively looking for persons who can help fulfill its vision.
At the present moment, Brian P. Lowery is the only employee of the company. He has more than 30 years of experience working in the Information Technology area and possesses an A.B in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, a B.S.E.E from San Jose State University and a M.S.E.E. in Engineering from Santa Clara University. He has committed himself to developing this dream of developing software that can be used by IT Managers throughout the world to facilitate their implementation of, or renovation of an IT environment.
